Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE – “Yin Yang”: a release that makes you not only dance, but also think

Ukrainian artists Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE release a new single “Yin Yang” from their upcoming joint album “Music Play”, which can be called a manifesto for all listeners who think critically and are tired of dogmas and societal pressure.

The 12-track album was mostly recorded in 2019-2020, before the full-scale invasion began. It is important to remember that in 2022, only one track was recorded – “Farsh”, in which the artists did not limit themselves in their statements, due to which the song was even banned on YouTube.
At one time, the provocative music of the artists waited only now — at the beginning of 2024. According to Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE, right now everyone should start thinking critically and not be influenced by the surrounding world and people.

“The album generally makes fun of people’s attempts to follow the rules and dogmas of society,” the artists said. The collection of provocative songs asks the listener many relevant questions and has one specific message: “We want people not to take everything at their word and learn to analyze and think with their heads. Our music is for everyone who thinks critically and is able to analyze not without a lot of sarcasm and self-irony.” said Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE.
Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE. not a typical collaboration for Ukrainian music. This is a duo of two self-sufficient artists who decided to unite in order to create a product of the highest quality with clear messages, which our society lacks so much. So, in the album “Play Music”, Saf Safron is fully responsible for the lyrics, and GR33NWAVE – for the music and production of the tracks.
The track “Yin – Yang” is a song about the ideal kinship of two mutually loved people. Saf Safron dedicated the track to his ex-wife, who lost almost her entire family in a short period of time.
The album was Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE’s first release in the new year 2024, but the artists have many plans. The LP will be promoted with many singles that will be released in Ukrainian, English and even Quebec languages. Saf Safron has been living in Montreal (Canada) for a long time and is one of our most successful artists among the diaspora, regularly performing at large-scale events. In addition, Safron is one of the most active donors, whose fees help cover many of the needs of our defenders.

“Yin Yang” by Saf Safron & GR33NWAVE is available on all streaming platforms
