Eurovision 2025 may have come to a conclusion, but the music will always continue. A number of Eurovision artists are thankfully still producing new music for us to enjoy.
Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.
Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.
New music from Eurovision artists: 2025 | Week 21 part 2
With so many new songs this week, we’ve split the roundup into two smaller articles. You can find part 1 here.
Melody – “El Apagón”
We start this part with something fresh from Melody, who represented Spain this year and proved to everyone that she’s the real “diva.” Even though she finished 24th on the final scoreboard, she definitely won everyone’s hearts.
Her latest single, titled “The Blackout,” is already making waves — and not just because of its sound. Interestingly, the song’s title was revealed as a teaser just before the unexpected blackout that hit Spain and Portugal a few weeks ago, bringing some extra attention to the release. Now that’s what you call perfect timing!
The track is energetic, with a subtle Latin pop vibe, and the music video reminds us that Melody is not only the ultimate diva but also an incredible dancer. The lyrics delve into themes of resilience and recovery: “I’ve hit rock bottom and I have to get out / With every fall, I accept the wound / You, who want to defeat me / Look me in the eye and I’m the strong one / Relax, the best is yet to come… / After the blackout.”
Klavdia – Asteromata
Klavdia represented Greece this year and made the country proud by finishing in sixth place in the grand final. This week, she released an album titled “Asteromata,” named after her Eurovision entry.
The album opens with her Eurovision song and closes with a remix of it, featuring Playmen and Valeron. The rest of the album is essentially split into two parts. One half explores laiko (Greek folk-pop), highlighted by the track “Auta Ta Matia Ta Glika” (These Sweet Eyes), which also comes with a newly released music video. On this side of the album, Klavdia collaborates with Oge, ARCADE, and Beyond, adding depth and variety to the traditional sounds.
The other half features three catchy pop songs in English, showcasing her versatility and appeal to an international audience.
