Posted on 1 May 2025 By Admin No Comments on C’est La Vie: The Netherlands’ Claude wins our poll for best Benelux act at Eurovision 2025

The Benelux region is on strong form at Eurovision 2025. Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are all fielding entries with plenty of support.

But there’s nothing like a bit of neighbourly competition. That’s why we previously asked you to name your favourite from this trio.

We collected just over 3,000 votes. After verifying the results, we can now reveal your winner.

Netherlands’ Claude is your favourite Benelux act at Eurovision 2025

The results of this poll show a clear standout favourite. Claude from the Netherlands earned over 50% of all the votes cast — 1,653 to be specific. His catchy entry “C’est La Vie” sits within the top five of the bookies’ ranking, and fans are ready to support it as well.

Only 14 votes separated second and third place. Ultimately, Belgium’s Red Sebastian rose to claim the silver medal. He hits the high notes during his song “Strobe Lights” and their are many who still think he could hit equally as high at Eurovision. A total of 684 votes went his way, which is 22.75% of the total.

Concluding this ranking is Laura Thorn from Luxembourg. She represents the nation exactly 60 years since the country claimed victory with France Gall, and Laura honours the icon with her own song. “La Poupée Monte Le Son” picked up 670 votes (22.28%).
