This spring, the Ukrainian music space saw the premiere of the song “Two Comets” by UMRYKHIN and TAYNA. It’s not just a track – it’s a story about two souls flying towards each other through the universe of feelings and accidents.

“Each of us has our own comet,” says UMRYKHIN, ”Sometimes this meeting lasts for a second, but changes our lives forever. We wanted to convey exactly this feeling.”
Collaboration with TAYNA came as a surprise to him.
As is often the case nowadays, the artists met on social media.
“I was just flipping through TikTok and came across her page. I liked her songs and was hooked. I listened to one after another, then took a long time to decide and finally wrote. I didn’t expect her to respond, let alone that everything would spin out like this,” UMRYKHIN recalls.
“His message was so sincere that I just couldn’t pass it by,” says TAYNA. ”In show business, I’m used to everything happening slowly: long discussions, months between the idea and the release… And here, everything is somehow easy and fast. We caught a common wave, and soon we recorded everything in the studio. He wrote back then: “We will have a song, and you will feel it,” and he was right.”
TAYNA, who already has a small but loyal audience and is actively touring Ukraine, and UMRYKHIN, a new name with great potential, have teamed up to create a song that sounds like a sincere confession. It’s a cry of the soul, it’s the spring that wakes up in the heart.
