Armenia in Junior Eurovision 2024: Leo with “Cosmic Friend”

Leo comes from a family of singers, so music is in his blood. He cites a wide range of musical influences, ranging from greats like Michael Jackson and Frank Sinatra to modern superstars like Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars.

Leo says that it’s his dream to follow in the footsteps of Maléna and win Junior Eurovision for Armenia. Luckily for him, the 2021 champion is on his side, working as one of the lyricists of his Junior Eurovision entry “Cosmic Friend”.

Aside from music, Leo enjoys reading and football as some of his other hobbies.

What do the “Cosmic Friend” lyrics mean?

“Cosmic Friend” is an intergalactic tale, with Leo claiming to have a friend from a distant planet who is unaccustomed to the ways of life in our corner of the universe. Leo’s cosmic friend is described as being magical, different and interesting. Through the story, Leo wants to journey to this friend’s planet on their spaceship and explore the universe, allowing his imagination to run wild.
