Who is going to sing for Croatia at Eurovision 2026 and better last year’s result? We’ll know that in “late February”. But today Croatia’s state broadcaster HRT has revealed the coveted names of 24 Dora semifinalists, all hoping to lift the trophy in Vienna.
The selection will consist of two semifinals with 12 acts in each. The semifinals would then determine 16 finalists, 8 per one semifinal. In the final, the winner will be selected by 50% public vote, 25% regional jury vote and 25% international jury vote.
As in previous years, there is a reserve list with four participants who just barely missed the cut. One or more of them will sing in case a pre-qualified semifinalist isn’t in position to compete. Don’t rule these out, as a certain Eurovision runner-up famously came from the reserve list. Thank goodness Baby Lasagna got his time to shine!

Returning to the show are all-female folklore-pop group Lelek, who finished 4th at Dora 2025. The televote runner-ups will sing ” Andromeda “. Other names you might be familiar with are: ToMa (Dora 2021, 2022), Fenksta (Dora 2025 via reserve) and Ananda (Dora 2025).
