Ukrainian-American singer Valeriya Force has released a new single, “What Do You Want?”
Valeriya Force (real name Valeria Simulik) is a Ukrainian singer who won over viewers of the show “X Factor” under the mentorship of Ivan Dorn. Today, Valeriya Force lives in Miami, actively developing her career and collaborating with the American label FORCEMUSIC. Her song “I Am a Fire” has garnered over 260 million streams worldwide, and the tracks ‘Randazhon’ and “I Need Your Love” have made it onto Grammy playlists. In addition, “People In My Head” was featured on the Spotify Billboard Playlist, and the song “Rainbow” was played at the Miss World Malta competition. In the fall of 2025, she applied to represent her native Ukraine at Eurovision 2026.

Her new work, “What Do You Want?”, combines the power of English-language pop energy with Ukrainian ethnic motifs. Valeriya Force’s original song is a candid story about the pain of betrayal, inner struggle, and the birth of unbreakable strength.
“My song is the story of my own transformation! When you are betrayed, you either fall or turn pain into fire. I chose the latter! The track is about how breaking down turns into strength, how wings grow from ashes,” says Valeriya Force.

The new song “What Do You Want?” combines the power of English-language pop energy with Ukrainian ethnic motifs.
The composition combines modern pop sound with elements of rap and unexpected touches of Ukrainian folklore. The final part features the archaic motif “Oh, there, beyond the mountains, mountains, a pair of falcons flew, they were looking for the way to where I am, where you are,” which symbolizes the eternal search for freedom and love.
“I deliberately added a Ukrainian code part. Ukraine is my roots, my land. I wanted a Ukrainian symbol to be heard in the global sound — the image of falcons searching for their way,” the artist explains.
Valeriya Force herself wrote the lyrics and music.
“This song is for everyone who has experienced betrayal, pain, or loss. I want everyone who listens to it to feel that they can rise up, break free, and shine even brighter,” added Valeriya Force.
Valeriya Force’s single “What Do You Want?” is available for listening on all music platforms!
