Although we’re officially into the Eurovision 2026 season, it will still be some time before we hear any national final and Eurovision songs. Thankfully, the music will always continue and a number of Eurovision artists are still producing new songs for us to enjoy.
Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.
Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.

Claude – “Amour”
Where is the love? That’s the key question Claude asks in his brand new single — the first since competing at Eurovision 2025. Switching effortlessly between Dutch and French throughout the catchy pop song, Claude wonders whether people really mean all the hateful comments they say: “I’m so done with this hate / Yeah, yeah / Do you even know what you’re saying to me?”
Speaking about the message of the song, Claude commented:
“Be kind to yourself and the people around you. With ‘Amour,’ I want to show that music can connect and that there’s always room for hope and love.”
alyona alynoa – “А хто хейтить”
alyona alyona is taking to the silver screen with a lead role in the new Ukrainian detective comedy film 10 Блогерят (10 Bloggers). To accompany the movie, the Eurovision 2024 participant has recorded “А хто хейтить” (“And who is hating?”) for the soundtrack. Here’s how the song is described in the music video’s description:
“A song-story about how hatred breeds insecurity. It shows that even those who spread hate eventually face defeat. You have to rise and move forward, even if at some point everyone around you begins to believe in insults and hatred. It is always worth remembering that a person who hates is deeply unhappy in his soul. The most important thing is to have true friends nearby who support you. Because when you are together, you are not afraid of anything.”
Marcus & Martinus – “The Room”
Scandi sensations, Marcus & Martinus, return with the thumping dark pop track, “The Room.” In the lyrics, the twins suggests that their new lover not only uses them as a rebound but also as a way to make their ex jealous: “Touch me like you’ve got something to prove / If I lose my inhibitions, voulez-vous? / Just forget whoever broke your heart in two / Baby, kiss me like your ex / Kiss me like your ex is in the room.”
Sweden’s Eurovision 2024 duo promoted their new single using an exclusive Fortnite experience. Fans were able to compete in a custom battle royale within a unique virtual world, where the song was played for the first time.
Amaia & Judeline – “Com Você”
Both Amaia (Eurovision 2018) and Judeline hail from Spain. Thus, you might be a little confused as to why the title of their joint single, “Com Você” (“With You”), is in Portuguese. Indeed, the lyrics do feature a Portuguese bridge. However, the rest of the song is sung in the pair’s native Spanish.
“Wrap me up / I only want to be with you / Bite my mouth and entangle me around your body / Wrap me up / Take me out of here, take me / that you’re going to stay and not leave, promise me.”
Luca Hänni – “Lighthouse”
It’s Sunday morning and Luca Hänni knows everything is going to be OK because his loved one is waking up beside him. Switzerland’s representative from Eurovision 2019 uses his latest song to detail the support they give him and how this person guides him out of difficult situations — just like a “Lighthouse.”
“Lost in the sea, I’m nowhere to be without you / But now you’re there like a lighthouse / And I know that you will guide me home / Show me places that I’ve never known.”
Iveta Mukuchyan – “Ay Ay Ay”
Iveta Mukuchyan returns with the new song “Ay Ay Ay.” In between the repeated use of the title word, the Armenian star sings about a love she is determined to hold on to: “Don’t destroy my heart like a volcano / I am the only one, whether I want it or not / Without that, I myself am sick with jealousy / Perhaps I won’t come to my senses.” The Eurovision 2016 alumna serves up a sultry music video to go along with the rhythmic tune.
Dilara Kazimova – “Zirvə”
A decade since Dilara Kazimova took to the Eurovision stage in 2014, the Azeri singer is still climbing to even greater heights. She’s now ascending the “Zirvə” (“Summit”) with her latest song. The riveting pop-rock offering is driven by guitars from the first second.
Natasha St-Pier – Ma plus belle histoire d’amour
Natasha St-Pier has a new album for us, titled Ma plus belle histoire d’amour (My most beautiful love story). The record features ten songs, including recent singles “Le sud” and “J’ai deux amours.” Just like the two pre-releases, the rest of the tracks are also covers, with France’s Eurovision 2001 star putting her spin on songs that bring back memories for her.
Katarsis – “Paleisiu”
Fans of Katarsis will already know the song “Paleisiu” (“I will let you go”) — the original version features on their 2024 EP Dausos. Whilst that track was under three minutes long, the Lithuanian band have now unveiled a new extended version that adds an extra two and a half minutes to the musical journey. The Eurovision 2025 alumni have shared this nee rendition alongside an eerie live performance in the middle of a misty forest.
ALVAN – “LOUP”
ALVAN has been on a journey of musical self-discovery since participating at Eurovision 2022 for France. Now, he’s ready to share the results of this with the new single “LOUP” (“Wolf”). It sees ALVAN delving into the rock genre, even with some screamo-style vocals towards the end.
In the chorus, ALVAN sings: “Lovers of hearts / Executioner of your tears / You mustn’t be afraid of the / Wolf / You, my blood, my flesh / Like him, you, you’ll be proud / Like him, you’ll be strong, my / Wolf.”
TROPICO feat. Achille Lauro – “Per Te Per Sempre”
Italian singer-songwriter Davide Petrella, also known as TROPICO, has released a new album this week. One of the featured artists is Eurovision 2022 alum Achille Lauro, who appears on “Per Te Per Sempre” (“For You Forever”).
An emotive piano ballad with extra string accompaniment, the song sees TROPICO and Lauro looking for that special person to spend the rest of their life with: “And to whom will we say ‘it’s for you’ / To whom will we say ‘it’s forever’ / Who will we look for at night when there’s nothing / We’ll wonder why there’s no end together / And then all that’s left of us will be a song for you / And now tell me you love me.”
Ágata feat. Mimicat – “Perfume de mulher”
Portuguese singer Ágata first released “Perfume de mulher” (“Perfume of a woman”) in 1994. Three decades later, and the star has recorded a new version alongside Eurovision 2023 contestant Mimicat. The feeling of the song remains intact, but it comes with updated production.
Voltaj – “Ne-am Promis”
Voltaj are encouraging us to live our lives to the fullest. In their new single “Ne-am Promis” (“We Promised”), the band, who represented Romania at Eurovision 2015, remind us of the childhood dreams we had to reach for the stars. They tell us not to give up on those and to stop letting anxiety rule our lives: “Do only what we like / And not stay in a shell / To have our hearts in the palm of our hands / Without fear.”
Páll Óskar & Benni Hemm Hemm – Alveg
Following a series of singles, Páll Óskar (Iceland 1997) and Benni Hemm Hemm have now shared their joint record Alveg (Absolutely). The LP’s 11 tracks have a sweet and dreamlike vibe flowing through them. However, underneath the surface, they also deal with contemporary political issues. In an interview with The Reykjavík Grapevine, Páll Óskar commented on how the album delves into the increasing number of bullies across the world and the lack of compassion in current society:
“I think we’re living in the age of entitlement. Entitled people are popping up all around the world, inspiring each other to go by the same playbook. Spreading lies or half-truths by cherry picking facts. They’re presenting the imitation of truth to keep bullies in fashion. […]
“We are in an extremely bad place which I thought I’d never live to see. Not in my lifetime. I’ve never witnessed ordinary people celebrating the killing of other people. Whether it’s Palestinian children or Charlie Kirk. People are cheering and clapping for other people’s deaths. But it’s happening now.”
Diljá & VALDIS – “Það kemur aftur vetur”
Eurovision 2023 alumna, Diljá, is preparing for the return of cold weather and cosy nights. Teaming up with fellow Icelandic singer VALDIS, the pair have shared “Það kemur aftur vetur” (“Winter is coming again”). It’s a delicate and dreamy ballad with soft vocal harmonies, perfect for those evenings by the fire.
Ruth Lorenzo and more – “Esto es Murcia”
Murcia City Council have put together a tourism campaign for the regional capital. They’ve brought together various singers who hail from the region for the song “Esto es Murcia” (“This is Murcia”). This includes Eurovision 2014 star Ruth Lorenzo, who was born in Las Torres de Cotillas, just northwest of the city.
Marcel Pavel & Cornel Palade – “Ah, Neluto!”
Marcel Pavel represented Romania at Eurovision 2002 alongside Monica Anghel. This time, the singer has a new duet partner in the form of Cornel Palade. The pair have released “Ah , Neluto!” — a mid-tempo track about a woman who lies to both mean and plays them for their money.
