Summer is the quiet period for Eurovision fans as we wait for the new season to commence. Thankfully, the music will always continue and a number of Eurovision artists are still producing new songs for us to enjoy.
Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.
Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.

Klemen – Golden Hour
Following on from his appearance at Eurovision 2025, Klemen has now released his debut album to tie in with his 40th birthday. Golden Hour features an intro and ten tracks — of course including his song contest entry “How Much Time Do We Have Left Together.”
Ballads generally take centre stage, with the Slovenian singer using his gentle voice to craft touching stories. But, there are also some livelier offerings interspersed throughout the record, with Klemen trying his hand at percussion-driven pop pieces as well.
Bresh feat. Achille Lauro – “Il limite”
Bresh competed in Festival di Sanremo earlier this year and the Italian singer has now released a new album. One of the featured artists on the LP is fellow Sanremo alum, and Eurovision 2022 contestant, Achille Lauro. They come together for the guitar-driven ballad “Il limite” (“The limit”).
In the chorus, the lyrics note: “The sky is the limit, the sky is the limit / There’s room for me, no, I don’t even ask / I don’t even ask for a better place / Yes, better really / Yes, better really / A better day, I don’t know if I believe it anymore.”
Chanel – “Una Bala”
Chanel is coming in like “Una Bala” (“A Bullet”) with a fierce new single. Spain’s Eurovision 2022 star serves up a Latin-pop track with a slight dark twist to it.
In the lyrics, Chanel is teaching someone a lesson. The singer is making sure that this individual learns how to act appropriately, or face the consequences: “Tell him that karma will one day come to him […] Put your hands where I can see them / Your nightmare has arrived and you’re going to meet her / No, that’s not how it is / How to treat a woman / If you didn’t learn at home, after this, he’ll learn.”
Nutsa – “All My Life”
Nutsa is grooving to a disco beat with her new single “All My Life.” Georgia’s Eurovision representative from 2023 gets the summer party truly going with an infectious and joyful anthem about finding a love that until now only seems to exist in dreams: “All I want to tell you is that / I’ve been waiting for you all my life / For you day and night.”
Jala Brat & Buba Corelli – Roze Suze
Eurovision 2016 contestant Jala Brat has teamed up with Buba Corelli for yet another joint album. Roze Suze (Pink Tears) is a visual LP, with each of the ten songs coming with its own music video. The Bosnian rappers bring their usual Balkan hip hop sound with a selection of strong recordings.
Andromache – “Kale… Poios Einai Autos?”
“Omg, who is he? / Who is this guy? / I saw him when he just came in / And I have become crazy / I got very dizzy / Oh my god, what a guy! / He has eyes like the Aegean Sea / And lips like wine.”
Andromache has become infatuated by a certain individual. Cyprus’ Eurovision 2022 star feels her heart pounding as soon as she lays eyes on this special guy. “Kale… Poios Einai Autos?” (“Omg, who is he?”) aims to capture a feeling of summer romance. This seasonal vibe is captured in the accompanying music video by re-enacting the festivals that take place on the Greek islands this time each year.
John Lundvik – Dance Cry Laugh Smile
John Lundvik has a new EP that he hopes will be there for us regardless of whether we want to Dance Cry Laugh Smile. The record features four songs, including his Melodifestivalen entry from early this year, “Voice Of The Silent.”
That gives us three brand new tracks from the Swedish singer. The first two of these are in a similar vain — uplifting pop tunes with a slight soul influence. But, the most interesting track is “Closer To You (karibu na wewe)” — this gives us a new insight into the Eurovision 2019 alum’s music style by incorporating afrobeat melodies and lyrics in Swahili.
Eva Boto – “Za Naju”
Wedding gifts can be an art all of themselves. But when one her friends was getting married, Eva Boto knew just what to give them — a song of their own. Hence, “Za Naju” (“For Us”) was born.
Slovenia’s Eurovision 2012 act sings of the union between two people in love: “I won’t give you up now, I confess before God / That I have the world in the palm of my hand with you / For both of us, in the embrace of heaven / A moment leads to eternity.”
Agnete & Matoma – “Være med”
BlimE! is an annual campaign run by Norwegian broadcaster NRK. It aims to strengthen the bonds of friendship between children, bringing them together and inspiring them to care for one another. Each year, the project has a new song — in 2025, it’s sung by Eurovision 2016 participant Agnete and produced by Matoma.
There are in fact two versions of the song — one in Norwegian (“Være med”) and one in Agnete’s native Sami language (“Vuolgge mielde“).
In the former, she sings: “Hey, do you want to be with me? / Yes, then you’ll see / That good things can happen / Just say / Hey, how are you? / Yes, then you’ll see / That the world becomes a better place.”
Eye Cue – “Till the beat comes down”
Eye Cue are here with a mid-tempo summer tune for us. The Eurovision 2018 alumni from North Macedonia keep it short at 2:17 minutes in length, but there’s still plenty of rhythm running throughout to get the feet tapping along.
In the lyrics, Marija teases a suitor. She’s flirting with the idea of moving things forward, but only once they’ve danced with her for a little while: “Who knows, I might give you permission / But I won’t give you my name ’till the beat comes down / You know you have to wait ’till the beat comes down.”
Sinplus – “Gotta Be Me”
For the past six months, Eurovision 2012 duo Sinplus have been releasing a string of singles as part of their Re-set Tour project. That journey comes to a conclusion with this final song. “Gotta Be Me” is a feisty and gritty punk-rock number, which the Swiss brothers say is for anyone who’s ever felt like they don’t fit in, and chose to stand tall anyway.
Liliane Saint-Pierre – “Het heeft zin”
Liliane Saint-Pierre represented Belgium at Eurovision 1987. It’s the ’80s that she remains inspired by for her latest single. The singer has recorded a cover of “It’s A Sin,” a synth-pop hit released by The Pet Shop Boys in the very same year that Saint-Pierre took to the Eurovision stage. She’s turned it into a Dutch-language song, titled “Het heeft zin.”
Ronela Hajati & Emra Brah – “Walla”
“Oh boy, you’re going to get hot / You’re going to get hot,” sings Eurovision 2022 star Ronela Hajati in her latest collaboration with Emra Brah. In fact, it is we the listeners that are likely to feel the heat emanating from the Albanian pair. “Walla” is a bop infused with a sizzling Balkan flavour.
Ott Lepland – “Mõistatus”
Ott Lepland’s latest package is a bit of a “Mõistatus” (“Puzzle”). Lyrically, the percussion-driven pop offering seems to refer to the Estonian singer’s desire to rekindle a relationship: “Is there / One more chance / For us two / The day disappears into the night / Like a ghost / To me you still seem / Like a puzzle.”
However, the music video takes on a darker storyline. The Eurovision 2012 alumnus works as Agent 077 and gets trapped in an evil maniac’s lair. (You’ll want to turn your screen brightness up to maximum as the video is rather poorly lit)
Marko Škugor – “Ispod ove bile košulje”
Croatia’s Marko Škugor has released “Ispod ove bile košulje” (“Underneath this shirt”). Whilst you might initially raise an eyebrow at the title, the Eurovision 2013 tenor is not referring to any washboard abs he may or may not posses, bur rather something even deeper in his body — the heart.
Škugor delivers a traditional Balkan love song: “Underneath this shirt / Something beats just for you / And when it laughs and when it’s sad / Know, I’m always with you.”
Joe Jonas feat. Louane & Tiny Habits – “Hey Beautiful”
We conclude with an transatlantic collaboration. American singer Joe Jonas recently released the new album Music For People Who Believe In Love. On track #10, titled “Hey Beautiful,” you’ll hear a French-language verse courtesy of Eurovision 2025 star Louane.
The stunning and gentle song is also underlain by three-part harmonies provided by folk-pop group Tiny Habits.
