You can see many fan favourites from this year with Finland’s Erika Vikman, Austria’s JJ, and Malta’s Miriana Conte.announced among many other stars! You’ll also see awesome guest performers from previous years light up the room, it’s going to be a special night!

Who are Væb?

Væb are a sibling duo coming from the small island nation of Iceland. They started releasing singles in the Icelandic language 3 years ago in 2022. These singles included “Ofboðslega frægur (Remix)” and “Tölur tala” – both of which charted in Iceland relatively high. It was in 2024 when they participated in Icelandic national selection Söngvakeppnin that they got their first Top 10 single, “Bíómynd“/”Movie Scene”. They actually won their semi final, but came 4th in the final due to jury votes.

However, the story doesn’t end there. They came back in 2025 fresh from this success, with “RÓA”. Væb were an immediate fan favourite, even topping our reader’s poll. They won their semi again by over 2,500 votes, and had a greater success in the final. This time, they won the jury that had stopped their success prior. By winning the televote also, they beat 2nd placer by 25 points to take the Söngvakeppnin 2025 crown! They will head to Basel and bring the vibes…or Væbs…

We can’t wait to see them at the London Eurovision Party 2025, and we know you can’t either!
