Armenia: Depi Evratesil 2025 participants announced, including Athena Manoukian

Posted on 6 February 2025 By Admin No Comments on Armenia: Depi Evratesil 2025 participants announced, including Athena Manoukian

After five years, Armenia is bringing back its Eurovision national selection show. Depi Evratesil 2025 will see 12 participants compete for the right to represent the nation in Basel this May — and now we know the names of those performers.

National broadcaster AMPTV revealed the names on Thursday. They chose the 12 acts following an initial submission process and subsequent audition round.

Depi Evratesil 2025 participants

  • Athena Manoukian
  • Anahit Adamyan
  • Anahit & Gasoiia
  • Arsen Grigoryan and Kamil
  • Gevorg Harutyunyan
  • MELS
  • Milena Mirijanyan
  • PARG
  • Simon
  • Sevagir
  • Flora Bichakhchyan
  • ALTSIGHT

Two names in particular will stand out to Eurovision fans.

Athena Manoukian won Depi Evratesil when it was last held in 2020 with the song “Chains on You.” Unfortunately, Eurovision was cancelled that year and she never made it to the big stage.

One singer who has performed at a Eurovision contest before is Anahit Adamyan. She represented Armenia alongside Mary Vardanyan at Junior Eurovision 2016, where they finished second with “Tarber.”

We’ve got to wait a little bit longer to hear the songs. The competing entries will be unveiled this Sunday, 9 February.

Depi Evratesil 2025 is set to take place on 16 February from inside the Karen Demirchyan Complex in Yerevan. The decision on who becomes Armenia’s representative for Eurovision 2025 will be determined entirely by public voting.
