The album conveys the whole range of feelings, from the unity and indestructibility of Ukraine and its citizens, and the personal life pains of traumas and experiences of the artist. The album is divided into two parts in terms of tracks and meaning.
The first part of the album was written after the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In it, the artist describes the pain of suffering and, as a result, the unity of all citizens. He shows it in his songs.

The second part of the album is about the artist’s personal pains and experiences. They were caused after a serious leg surgery. The severe injury and recovery symbolized not only personal recovery, but also through this process, the artist conveys the recovery and revival of the country.
“This album is not just about the experiences of one person – it’s about how Ukrainians have become closer to each other because of the war,” says Oleksandr, the name of INTUI.
The album truly conveys the rebirth of a person, both as an individual and as a country and a state.
The album’s lead single is the song “While We’re Alive”. This song is a call to Ukrainians not to give up, to keep their spirits up and unite around each other.
INTUI is an alternative rock band formed in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2018. INTUI is a solo project of Oleksandr Skrypnychenko, which grew into a full-fledged band in 2020.
INTUI launches a new musical genre called “intuitive rock”, where all songs are created from improvisation. INTUI’s music genres can also be defined as: alternative rock, progressive, indie rock.
In July 2019, the band released a single called “By My Side”. Soon after, in September, a video was released on VEVO Music. The next release was also a single called “Let Us Fly Tonight” with a video that gathered more than 600k views on YouTube.

The band finished work on a full-length album, which was supposed to be released in December 2019, but due to the COVID-19 quarantine, the release was postponed until 2021. The English-language album was released under the name “We Are Who We Are” after which Oleksandr completely switched to Ukrainian-language songs. In 2022, the band released their first album in Ukrainian, entitled ZMYNY. Along with the album, the band released a number of successful videos, such as “Fate”, “Strange Creatures”, and the album’s headliner “Ukraine”, which has garnered more than 1 million views on YouTube.
