On September 5, the founder of the United For Freedom charity foundation and influencer Irina Adonina gathered Ukrainian stars and entrepreneurs at a Kyiv restaurant for a Public Talk on the development of fashion during the war.

The end of Ukrainian Fashion Week has shaken up the Ukrainian media space, presenting contemporary culture with the names of designers who continue to develop their young brands even during the war. This was the topic of the Public Talk, titled “NEW VISION: Fashion in Time of War”.

The conversation was also joined by beauty business coach Olga Goncharenko and Yuriy Bulgakov, Digital Marketing Director of Ukrainian Diamond Center, who spoke about the peculiarities of the beauty and jewelry business today.
Public Talk gathered many guests, including singers Nikita Kiselev, OSTROVSKYI and OKS, actress Dasha Tregubova, TV hosts Oksana Gutzeit and Natali Solonnik, influencers Valeria Didkovskaya, Kristina Ostapchuk, Victoria Kagalovskaya, Alina Muronets, Juliana Genzel, Olga Konova, Marina Berezovskaya, Anna Sudachka, Alla Zinevich-Tigipko, Elizaveta Yastremskaya and others.
“This is a special evening for me, because for the first time such prominent figures for Ukrainian fashion have gathered on one stage. I am proud of every Ukrainian who did not stop their business during the war, who continues to operate their business despite any challenges. Our enemy wants our life to stop, but this year’s fashion week, which has returned to Ukraine, and our event have proved that it is impossible to do so,” said Iryna Adonina, the event’s organizer.

“The development of Ukrainian brands is the development of modern Ukrainian culture, which must survive no matter what. I respect everyone who creates modern Ukrainian culture and continues to develop it even in such difficult times.
