The pop star and recognized international beauty queen Angela has released a new sensual track dedicated to the still taboo topic in music – abusive relationships. The upcoming hit “Don’t hurt me” conveys the state of a young woman who is going through a difficult and emotional path out of an unhappy relationship.
The singer herself calls her singles a song series. All of her hits are about specific situations that every modern young woman goes through in one way or another. Angela sings about love and joy, but she is not afraid to touch on difficult topics that are not commonly mentioned in modern Ukrainian show business.
“Relationships often go in the wrong direction as we planned. Sometimes the happiness and euphoria of the first months of a relationship change dramatically and take on darker tones. I’m talking about jealousy, irritation, manipulation, verbal or physical abuse. This track is about an abandonment and a situation when the heroine realizes that she needs to leave her lover urgently, but it’s hard because the brain and heart still remember only the best about this relationship,” Angela said.
A dance track with a meaning that everyone can understand will be included in the singer’s upcoming album, which will include her past hits: “Your Eyes”, “Let Go”, “In the Original”, “I’m in Love” and “Cold City”.
You will be able to hear the tracks from the pop star and beauty queen live at the NOVA SUMMER FEST charity festival. The main goal of the event is to raise funds for the needs of the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital. Angela has been helping this hospital for many years and has no plans to stop.
