Posted on 16 February 2024 By Admin No Comments on Poll results: Saba is our readers’ favourite to win DMGP 2024

They are the closest country geographically to the Eurovision city of Malmö, and they won the contest the last time Malmö hosted in 2013. On Saturday we will find out who Denmark will send over the Öresund Bridge to defend the red and white colours, so we asked you readers who your favourite was among the 8 entries.

Now the results are in and it was a convincing victory in our pool for the bookmakers’ favourite Saba and her entry “Sand”, who got 589 votes or 43.15% of the total votes. In second place came Aura Dione with “Mirrorball of Hope” getting 273 votes or 20.00% and in third we find Eurovision alum Basim and “Johnny” with 139 votes or 10.18%.

Results of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2024 poll

  1. Saba – “Sand” – 589 votes – 43.15%
  2. Aura Dione – “Mirrorball Of Hope” – 273 votes – 20.00%
