Poll results: Maria Sur and Liamoo favourites in Melfest heat 2

The second heat of Melodifestivalen 2024 kicks off Saturday evening in the Eurovision arena of 1985, Scandinavium in Gothenburg.

We asked you readers who of the six acts you wanted to go through to the grand final in Stockholm and the results are in.

Ukrainian singster Maria Sur and her entry “When I’m Gone” won our poll with 404 votes amounting to 35.59%. The second qualification spot in our poll went to Liamoo with “Dragon”, who got 364 votes or 32.07% of the total votes. Fun fact: Both those entries have the same songwriting team behind them!

Melfest 2024: Result of the heat 2 poll

  1. Maria Sur – “When I’m Gone” – 404 votes – 35.59%
  2. LIAMOO – “Dragon” – 364 votes – 32.07%
  3. Fröken Snusk – “Unga & Fria” – 185 votes – 16.30%
  4. Dear Sara – “The Silence After You” – 102 votes – 8.99%
  5. C-Joe – “Ahumma” – 51 votes – 4.49%
  6. Engmans Kapell – “Norrland” – 29 votes – 2.56%

Total votes: 1,135
