Born from the depths of her dark reflection, HARNA, a participant of the National Selection for Eurovision 2020 and The Voice of Ukraine-11, amplifies her strength in a new electronic sound and image.

The release of the first single, “Born from the Depths,” and its music video unveils the story of the promotional campaign for the eponymous album. The main protagonist of this story is HARNA, woven from the absolute beginning into a singular organism intertwining her fiery arteries with the embodiment of a new voice and mystical play on four musical instruments. It transcends the physical, mastering the sounds with the rhythms of her own heart. The lyrics transport the listener to incredible peaks alongside an artist who feels herself the creator of both dark and bright beginnings.
There’s a sense of self-comparison with a mythical creature, uniting time and space from mighty waterfalls to ancient volcanoes. It’s a tale of birthing a new world amidst the fracture of others, and the hidden leitmotif “We won’t forget, we won’t forgive” stands beside an indomitable desire to save oneself! This story is an attempt to showcase the interconnectedness of everything in a unified coordinate system.
The sound concept was born from collaboration between the artist and her husband, Yuriy Levashev, who served as the music producer for the renewed image and the music’s author.
The music video’s director is Andriy Liulko (known for collaborations with Netflix). He managed to assemble the described dimensions and planes in the composition into a unified whole, transforming them into a mystical ritual with holograms and leaps through time. Perhaps, between the lines, you’ll catch a glimpse of the next steps in the artist’s creativity.
As part of the promotion of the new creative direction, presentation concerts were held in establishments across Kyiv. Additionally, a special show was presented on the main stage of the UYAVA art space at the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNH).
Additionally, the artist hosts special segments on TikTok, accumulating up to 700 thousand views.
